Delivery in Faridabad

 

We're pleased to offer free delivery for all orders within Faridabad. Please note that while we aim to serve the entire city, our management reserves the right to deny delivery to certain regions within Faridabad. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately after your order is placed.

Deliveries within Faridabad are typically completed within 1 business day.

Deliveries Outside of Faridabad (NCR Region & Beyond)

 

For all orders outside of Faridabad, including the rest of the NCR region, we partner with third-party courier services. The shipping charges for these deliveries will be calculated and paid for by the customer at checkout.

Please be aware that Sattvic Grains is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel while it is in the care of a third-party courier service.

Deliveries to the rest of the NCR region may take up to 3 business days to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

We at Sattvic Grains are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 3 days of your delivery date.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Send on whatsapp to 9821115282 or email to our support team at sattvic.grains@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photo attached.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day to arrange for a replacement or process your refund. Refunds will be issued via UPI only.
